Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy

1. Prices and taxes

Quotes list the unit price, delivery and pickup, servicing, any travel fee and 6% Idaho sales tax. There is no fuel surcharge, card fee or security deposit. Starting prices are on the cost page.

2. Payment

Pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover when you book. Approved contractor accounts can pay by invoice, Net 15. Monthly rentals charge the card on file at the start of each 28-day cycle.

3. Event rentals

An event rental covers one event. Units arrive up to 1 business day before and leave the next business day after. Extra days are quoted before pickup day.

4. Monthly and job-site rentals

Billing runs in 28-day cycles. Each cycle includes 1 service visit per week. Jobs shorter than 28 days pay one cycle. Call or text for pickup at any time; pickup happens within 2 business days and no new cycle is billed after your call.

5. Cancellation

Event orders cancel free up to 24 hours before delivery. Inside 24 hours, the delivery fee is kept and the rest is refunded. Monthly rentals can end at any time as described above.

6. Same-day orders

Same-day delivery is available when you call before 12 noon Mountain Time, subject to truck routing. A $95 rush fee applies.

7. Placement and access

The unit must sit on firm, level ground within about 30 feet of truck access, through an opening at least 48 inches wide. You are responsible for any permit needed to place a unit on a public street, sidewalk or shoulder, such as an ACHD Temporary Use Permit in Ada County.

8. Damage and loss

Normal wear is free. You pay the repair or replacement cost for fire, graffiti, vandalism, or a unit moved or tipped by others while on your site.

9. Extra service

Unscheduled service visits are $65 each. Units should not receive trash, diapers, or hazardous liquids, which can add a cleanup charge quoted before work starts.
