What does a same-day order cost?

A same-day order costs the regular price plus a flat $95 rush fee. One standard event unit in Zone 1 comes to $270 before tax. A job-site unit on 28-day billing comes to $335 for the first cycle in Zone 1. The $95 fee applies only to same-day delivery.

The supplier didn't show up at the job site

A missed delivery does not change the law. A crew of up to 20 workers still needs 1 toilet under OSHA rule 1926.51. Order before noon for a same-day replacement in the Boise metro. The unit bills as one 28-day cycle at $165, which covers a job of 3 days to 4 weeks.

A missing toilet can stop a roofing or framing crew by lunch. Give us the job address or the road name and nearest cross street. Tell us where the unit should sit and who will be on site.

  • Weekly service is included in the 28-day cycle.
  • Call or text for pickup when the job ends; it leaves within 2 business days.
  • No new cycle is billed after you ask for pickup.

Septic failure or water main break

A septic backup or water main break can shut down every toilet in a home or shop. One standard unit costs $175 for a short event-style rental, or $165 per 28 days for longer repairs. A two-sink hand-wash station adds 22 gallons of fresh water when taps are off.

Pick the rental type by how long the repair will take.

  • A day or a weekend: event pricing, with pickup the next business day.
  • 3 days or longer: one 28-day cycle with weekly service, ended anytime.
  • No running water: add a hand washing station rental or a deluxe unit with a sink.

Restaurants and food shops should ask their health district before serving food without running water.

Evacuation shelters and emergency crews

An all-day shelter needs about 1 standard unit for every 30 people. A shelter with 460 residents needs about 16 units, including at least 1 wheelchair-accessible unit. Add about 4 two-sink hand-wash stations. Restroom trailers can be quoted when the site has a 20-amp outlet or generator.

Wildfire and flood evacuations often fill a school gym or fairground overnight. Place units in one row near the entrance, on pavement or packed ground the truck can reach.

Service visits can be added daily for heavy use. The math comes from our porta potty count guide.

How to get a rush unit placed fast

A rush order moves fastest with 4 details ready. Have the address, the exact spot, the gate width, and a payment card. The unit needs firm ground within about 30 feet of the truck. A standard unit needs a 48-inch opening to pass a gate.

  1. Send the address, or a road name and map pin for rural land.
  2. Pick a level, firm spot on private property.
  3. Unlock gates and move cars from the driveway.
  4. Have a Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover card ready.

Why the street is off limits for same-day

In Ada County, a unit on a street, sidewalk, or shoulder needs an ACHD Temporary Use Permit. ACHD can take up to 5 working days to review it. Same-day units go on a driveway, lot, or yard instead.

Phones are answered 7 days a week, 6 AM to 8 PM Mountain Time.

Real questions, straight answers

Questions renters ask about this

Can you deliver a port-a-potty today? We need it for three days.

Order before 12 noon Mountain Time and we deliver the same day in the Boise metro. On a job site, a 3-day need bills as one 28-day cycle at $165. Delivery and the $95 rush fee are added. Weekend events use flat event pricing instead.

Is it too late to get a rental for tomorrow?

Tomorrow is usually open, and next-day orders do not carry the $95 same-day fee. Order today so your unit gets on the morning route. Deliveries run Monday through Saturday, so a Sunday need is by arrangement.

How much would the emergency fee be? Ballpark?

The same-day rush fee is a flat $95, not a ballpark. It is added to the regular unit price. One standard event unit in Zone 1 comes to $270 before tax. Outside Zone 1, the normal $45 or $85 zone fee also applies.

Can you deliver around noon the same day? We need it by 1.

Same-day orders taken before noon go out that day, but an exact time cannot be promised. Tell us your deadline when you order. If guests arrive at 1 PM, the safest plan is a delivery the day before at no extra charge.

Do I have to pay a deposit on a rush order?

There is no deposit on any order, rush or regular. The rental, any zone fee, and the $95 rush fee are charged to your card at booking. There is no card fee and no fuel surcharge.

How long are you open today?

Phones are answered 7 days a week from 6 AM to 8 PM Mountain Time. Web quotes get an answer within 30 minutes during business hours. For same-day delivery, place the order before 12 noon.
